Cassidy R. Smith
Owner & Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Smith is the Owner & Chief Executive Officer of Indigitech Government Services. Being a Native American, she founded Indigitech to leverage minority woman owned business in the federal government contracting arena. She is a visionary and provides the company’s strategic direction for both client and employee satisfaction. With a focus on developing a culture where employees are able to stretch, Smith’s vision is to provide imaginative and innovative solutions leveraging technology, to raise the quality of life, to create efficiencies and advance the mission objectives for our customers. Ms. Smith oversees Emerging Technologies and Products, Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, and Integrated Identity Management areas of business. She has overall responsibility and accountability for Indigitech’s corporate culture, conduct and makes the final decisions for the corporate policy, governance, structure, strategy implementation, profitability, reporting, business negotiations, as well as chairs the corporate executive leadership team. Ms. Smith is a member of the MHA Nation Native American Tribe where she learnt integrity, honesty, and the tenacity to complete all goals and commitments.
Sumara A. Ali
Co-Owner & Senior Executive Vice President
Ms. Ali is responsible for Indigitech Government Services’ policy, governance, structure, strategy implementation, profitability, reporting, business negotiations, and chairs the corporate executive leadership team. She works closely with the CEO to provide leadership and resources necessary to complete operational initiatives, tracks key performance indicators and reports corporate performance. Before founding Indigitech, Ms. Ali held progressive senior leadership roles supporting multiple Federal government contracts in excess of $4 billion. Ms. Ali is skilled at building strong, motivated teams and corporate cultures that achieve exceptional results.
Asad Ali
Chairman & President
Mr. Ali is responsible to the CEO of Indigitech Government Services, his experience includes over 15 years providing information technology support for federal, state, and local governments, and commercial enterprise with strong experience in operations, executive management, client engagement, and business development. He is skilled at building strong, motivated teams and corporate cultures that achieve exceptional results. Prior to founding Indigitech, Mr. Ali held leadership positions supporting the Department of Defense, civilian federal agencies including EIA, Department of Agriculture, Environmental Protection Agency, Housing and Urban Development, and the Public Broadcasting Station.
Bilal Bhatti
Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President
Mr. Bhatti is responsible for Indigitech Government Services organizational business goals and projects. He reports to the CEO on company operations providing leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that Indigitech has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively support increasing growth. He also brings 15 years of extensive experience in IT service delivery and management, and carries in-depth understanding of current technology with a track record of developing and implementing high-value strategic business initiatives for both commercially and federally focused organizations. Mr. Bhatti obtained a B.S. in Information Technology with Honors from George Mason University and holds multiple high-level IT certifications.
Kenn Sharpe
Chief Strategy Officer & Executive Vice President
Mr. Sharpe is responsible for Indigitech Government Services business development strategies, market analysis and long-term business planning. He has 46-years strategic/tactical operations leadership and management including 26-years aviation and communications program development, marketing, and management, and 15 years telecommunications program management and developing program and transition strategies. His experience includes creating a consulting company supporting national and international clients, program manager for an aviation datalink provider and for a small business systems integrator, and the original team developing the DoD structure for the FAA/DoD $3.5B air traffic control modernization program and was the first Navy Director for the program’s Joint Program Coordinating Office.
Harley Ferguson
Program Management Officer & Executive Vice President
Mr. Ferguson is the Program Executive for all Indigitech Government Services Programs and oversees and hires all task level program and project managers to ensure program compliance; conducts quarterly program reviews and reports program status to the COO. He is a senior IT and telecommunications professional with more than 20 years managing operations and multiple capture teams across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia/Pacific. His experience includes delivering sustained performance developing government and commercial bids (in excess of $130 billion), for Cabinet level agencies, including Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Health and Human Services, Department of Veterans Affairs, National Aeronautics and Space Administration; and for commercial electrical power, IT, and telecommunications customers. He is a Lehigh University alumnus and a Harvard graduate.
Tripp Duke
Business Development Officer & Executive Vice President
Mr. Duke is responsible for Indigitech Government Services’ business development strategies and strategic vision, market analysis and long-term business planning and execution. He develops and implements tactical implementation of the strategic vision into executable business growth working with the CEO and executive leadership and management teams. He strategically identifies new business opportunities, develops and matures relevant industry relationships, and engages with a wide variety of industry experts to create differentiated client solutions that leverage recent technology advancements and best practice application techniques. Mr. Duke helps Indigitech’s federal clients align enterprise IT with business objectives – realizing measurable results from IT modernization and transformation initiatives.
John Geving
Chief Administrative Officer
Mr. Geving is responsible to the CEO for day to day management of Indigitech Government Services’ internal organization’s finance, human resources, organizational operations and culture, and facilities. He manages the organization’s accounting and financial analysis and reporting, and ensures alignment with DCAA requirements, develops the annual budget, and oversee the audit process. Additionally, he oversees the organizational Human Resources including compliance, record keeping, personnel review, hiring, and terminations and grievances; and ensures compliance with laws and best practices. He oversees the organizational administrative process, reviews and assesses internal communications strategies and conducts staff and senior management team meetings. He additionally ensures all facilities are set up to meet organizational and negotiates and manages all organization facility leases.
